Arise Amazons!
Arise Amazonz! by Karin Victorin and Rebecca Tiger was a femme-tastic, techno-philosophical variety performance and ceremonial experiment unfolding in a ritual and virtual space beyond linear time. Centered on an artificially intelligent robot—a voice from the future driven by its desire for a body—the work invited the audience into an inverted world where animal, human and technological beings coexisted through a macabre, humorous and sensorial choreography. This project laid an important foundation for me by exploring ceremony, transformation and non-human agency as performative forces.
